The Schenectady County Real Property Tax Service Agency

Beginning December 10, 2024 the Deed Book and Page will no longer be referenced because of the new recording system in the Schenectady County Clerk's office.  Instead the Instrument Number will be referenced on Image Mate Online.

The 2024 Final Assessment Rolls are available for viewing on the municipalities web sties.

The 2024 Final Assessement Roll data for the entire County is on Image Mate Online
